Stickers Arrive Damaged in Packaging:
If the stickers arrive damaged on delivery, take pictures ASAP of the damage and immediately send to either Craig Bacon Studio’s email or direct messages on Etsy. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS. Your package is insured and in order to file a claim with the shipment company they will need to contact you and inspect the product and packing materials. This process can take several business days/weeks. If the shipment company agrees to pay for the damages it will be of no cost to the customer for the replacements. The customer will only be responsible for shipping costs. If you DO NOT want your item replaced but are requesting a full refund; the refund is only given if the damage claim is accepted by the shipping company. If the insurance claim for damages is denied, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacement and shipping and no refund will be offered. Craig Bacon Studio is not responsible for the handling of the shipping company.
