This is an entirely handcrafted piece of art. Craig Bacon Studio uses high quality art glass that have interesting textures and patterning that modulate the light for a beautiful effect. Sometimes there are creases and folds from the manufacturing of the sheet glass and other natural effects that may look like a chip or cracks. Please be aware that your piece may have some of these effects before thinking your piece has a flaw.
Stained glass art generally contains lead either in the form of lead came or part of the metal content of solder. Please handle with care and wash hands after handling. Keep children from handling.
Instructions for hanging pieces
Please do not use suction cups to hang stained glass pieces. While it may work for a short period of time all suction cups lose their grip with the mounting surface and the stained glass will fall. For hanging pieces I recommend a screw-in hook placed on the face of the window frame or on the upper side of the window casement. Craig Bacon Studio is not responsible for damages
Stained Glass is damaged from a fall/drop:
In the event that there is an accidental fall or drop of your stained glass, please send pictures of the damage to Craig Bacon Studio’s email or direct messages on Etsy. While unfortunate, these things happen. If the damage is minimal it may be able to be repaired. Repair cost and shipping will be the customers responsibility. Cost can vary depending on the type of glass, color of glass, and the amount of damage. If there is too much damage and is unrepairable, it is an unfortunate loss but could be remade, but it will be the customers responsibility to pay for the full cost of the piece. There are NO refunds offered for accidental falls/drops.
